Effective immediately, the John Deere Walldorf dealer development team is looking for an


Intern (m/f/d) to support HR and Leadership Development


Ideally for a period of 6 months.


This internship position is an interesting combination of people management and leadership development projects to support our dealer development efforts across multiple countries.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and facilitation of meetings such as a regional HR manager meeting
  • Help to drive dealer communication actions by leveraging different channels
  • Support in different projects, e.g. technician recruiting and retention, employer branding
  • Drive the development and launching of new material as well as updating existing material 


 What Skills You Need:

  • Economic studies or equivalent with focus on HR or a connected area (studies with current enrollment)
  • You are able to fluently communicate in English and German; other European language skills would be nice to have
  • Project management skills
  • You enjoy being part of a team but also being able to work independently
