Title: Compliance Analyst 
Primary Location: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey 
Function: Financial Services

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensures business procedures and practices are in compliance with IMMEX & Foreign Trade regulations; assists with audits, implementation of changes.

What Skills You Need

  • It is responsible to perform Customs Compliance and fixed assets audits.
  • Will cover internal audits to different departments with operation related to IMMEX.
  • Will monitor Customs compliance company risk and will take corrective actions on findings detected.
  • Will attend audits by our Customs Authorities.
  • Will give Customs Compliance support to plants as required.
  • Will analyze volumes, trends, duties paid, and opportunities in John Deere.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Databases analysis using Power BI, Tableau, Power queries, macros SAP (PGT & PAG).
  • Datastage analysis.
  • Strong Knowledge of IMMEX & Foreign trade regulations.
  • Knowledge of Import & Export ops.
  • English 70%.
  • 3 years experience in Customs Compliance.


  • Bachelor´s degree related to field (International Relations, Commerce, Business) or equivalent experience.

This position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.

Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
