Supervisor Maintenance & Facilities (m/f/d)  

Your Responsibilities

  • You ensure that the JD Horst Facilities and technical infrastructure perform safe and reliable.
  • You maintain and develop the maintenance management system, processes and procedures.
  • You develop and execute maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective) and upgrade plans for the assets (Facility Long Term Plan – FLTP).
  • You develop and execute investment proposals for the factory facilities and production equipment.
  • You forecast, plan and maintain the maintenance budget.
  • You will be responsible for training and development of our Maintenance and Facilities team.
  • You develop, improve and consolidate the JDHS Safety and EMS Environmental Lanes for which you are the program administrator/owner.
  • You, together with the ME department, continuously improve processes (like; Tooling, Operator TPM, Red tag,) and bring them to the next level for the unit.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor/Master degree either Technical or Business.
  • You have a broad dynamic range in communication skills, you can connect with both our factory workers, with our factory leadership and with MF stakeholders of other JD units.
  • You need to have great interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of technical knowledge on production machinery, our products and our processes.
  • You have a passion for technology and eagerness to learn on new technologies.
  • You are familiar on practicing a service organization.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are familiar in the concept “leading without authority”.
  • Maintenance and/or Manufacturing experience is a prerequisite.
  • Understanding of general accounting in support of BC creation and departmental operating budget management.
