John Deere Bank Luxembourg is the European Headquarters for John Deere Financial, part of John Deere, the world’s leading producer of agricultural equipment with total net sales and revenues of US$ 29 billion last year. Our primary activity is providing financial services to John Deere customers and John Deere dealers who want to finance John Deere equipment.
We are looking for a:
Business Analyst (m/f/d)
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring our contract management system for our regional installment and lease financial products. Furthermore, you will provide capabilities for a Service Representative to service a Retail Customer or Dealer.
Your major duties will be to:
- Work closely with stakeholders and product team members to develop and expand a strong set of capabilities across the credit lifecycle that will create new business opportunities
- Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for system configuration
- Configure the contract management system to support business processes and goals
- Test and validate the system to ensure proper configuration and functionality
- Support and maintain our contract management platform
Skills we are looking for:
- University Degree or equivalent work experience with an affinity for technology
- Experience in performing analysis, definition, and business requirements gathering activities as part of the delivery of technical solutions
- Understanding of the financial industry, banking processes and regulations
- Knowledge of various financial products, e.g. loan, lease, revolving
- Knowledge of business requirements modelling techniques (e.g. conceptual data model, activity diagram, state diagram) is considered an advantage
- Experience with automated testing tools and techniques are considered an advantage
- Experience working in an agile team environment is considered an advantage
- Fluency in English is essential (both spoken and written)
