Communications Manager

Warranty and Problem Resolution

Poznan, Poland

As a Manager, Communications at the BSC located in (Poznan, Poland), you will be responsible for leading the communication to dealers, field staff, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the John Deere Warranty Administration Policy Team to update policy documents and distribute information to appropriate channels.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic counsel to business management on communications issues in Policy and Legal teams,
• Planning, editing, and managing publications or other communication products,
• Organizing, and facilitating employee meetings to cascade a common message and providing a forum for clarification of questions in Legal and Policy area,
• Managing our retention policy and practices,
• Facilitating communication between legal and policy administration team,

What It Takes:

• At least 5 years’ experience in leading communications position,
• 3+ years working in Microsoft suite, Adobe, and HTML
• 3+ years in working with printed communication.
• Degree in an Education, Communications, Marketing, Business/Management discipline,
• Fluent in English,

Nice to have:

• 3+ years in working with dealer communication.
• 3+ years managing communications to a diverse audience.
• 3+ years managing communication storage and retention.
• 3+ years working with multiple publication tools.
• German language skills
