In accordance with the development of John Deere Training Center in Tarnowo Podgórne we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Technical Training Instructor (Trainer) / DTAC with Russian

What You’ll Do:

Task of this position will be to work as an Instructor during training season (October- May) and as a Machine Support Specialist (DTAC) off season (June- September).

Major duties:

• Preparation and delivering of classroom and on-line trainings about agriculture machinery (tractors, harvesters, sprayers, others) for dealers & employees, focused on products & skills

• Self-development on various technical topics through extensive agriculture product and technology research to increase subject matter expertise and individual delivery skills

• Provide timely responses to Dealer Technical Assistance Center (DTAC) cases. Focusing on Spraying and Seeding equipment additionally supporting Tractor and Combines

• Analyze data from different sources (DTAC, machine telematics data, warranty, etc.) to support the problem resolution & action process for factory and field stakeholders

• Cooperation with Field Managers and Training Coordinators to establish and fulfill business needs according to the market requirements, responsibility for training administration

• Delivering of trainings at different John Deere Training Centers and Dealer locations according to the market needs (ability to travel up to 40%), mainly: Ukraine & CIS

We require:

• University degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of Mechanics, Hydraulics, Electrics & Electronics

• Basic presentation and public speaking skills, interpersonal skills

• Good command in Russian & English, written & spoken- mandatory

• Willingness to work off-shift hours as needed and travel up to 40% (driving license)

• Technical and/or agriculture background (beneficial but not required)

• Knowledge of Polish, German, French, Spanish or Italian (beneficial but not required)
