Title: Material Flow Analyst - 119932

Your Position:

Major Purpose

Establishes the material flow and movement strategy for the raw material, WIP and complete goods. Ensures that there is optimized material movement that results in increased productivity and efficiency, reduction of inventory levels as well as higher inventory accuracy.

Major Duties

  • Lead counter team to conduct daily cycle count and quarterly Sample Audit for direct materials to meet global finance requirements.
  • Lead weekly material variance review meeting, highlight finding issues on shop floor and work together with production & quality team to find root cause and corrective actions.
  • Lead material staging process for PDP projects build in TCW.

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
  • Ability to solve problems logically and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Effective English communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal proficient

Desired

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills, capable of working with international teams.
  • Fluency in English for international business communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
