RDC Supervisor

职位概述（Major Purpose）

Responsible for leading the daily operations of the Jiamusi Parts Depot, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient warehousing and distribution of John Deere service parts. The role oversees safety and compliance, inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, warehouse personnel, process improvement initiatives to support dealer and customer requirements. The supervisor ensures operational excellence through adherence to John Deere standards, inventory accuracy targets, productivity goals, and continuous improvement practices.

主要职责（Major Duties）

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processing. Ensure all warehouse activities are executed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Monitor operational metrics and implement corrective actions as required.
• Supervise and develop team members. Conduct employee coaching, training, and performance reviews. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Workforce and resources planning as well as facility, tooling and equipment management to meet business requirements.
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through effective inventory management methodology. Lead cycle count, SEW53 audit and stock-taking related activities. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Monitor inventory movement and optimize storage utilization.
• Promote a ZERO-incident safety culture throughout the depot. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements. Conduct regular safety inspections and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Analyze operational data and recommend process enhancements.
• Work closely and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues, support urgent business requirements to meet customers and dealers requirements.

• 通过有效的库存管理方法确保库存准确率，组织并领导循环盘点（Cycle Count）、SEW53季度盘点以及与库存盘点相关的工作；及时分析和解决库存差异，关注库存变化情况，优化仓储空间利用率和库存布局

• 在仓库内部持续推动“零事故（ZERO Incident）”安全文化建设；确保仓库运营符合环境、健康与安全（EHS）管理要求。定期开展安全检查，对发现问题制定改进措施并落实完成
• 识别提升仓库生产效率、运营质量和成本降低的机会。通过分析运营数据，推动流程改进和优化

• 与相关业务团队保持紧密合作，解决运营过程中出现的问题；支持紧急业务需求，确保满足客户及经销商的服务要求
