Title: Sr. Application & CI Engineer - 123406
Your Position:
Duties
- Manage APDP programs to meet partner requirement, including understand vehicle technical requirements, review vehicle layout and tracking prototype project progress , participate in engine application requirement test verifications to meet program schedule and quality.
- Communicate with global engine engineering team for engineering change request and technical support , ensure the deliverables
- Communication window with global application/CI engineering to follow global best practices
- Responsible for the engine new parts development activities for Aisa suppliers
- Continuous Improvement responsibilities, including warranty claims improvement, VI, etc.
- NR5 engine program engineering manager responsibilities, cooperate with global PM and represent engineering core team to ensure the PEM deliverables.

Required
- Good Communication and cooperation skills
- Fluent English Spoken and Written Skills – able to organize meeting with global team
- Familiar with base engine and after-treatment design - a few systems at least
- Familiar with new product development processes
- Strategic mindset across products and a view to the future
- Process driving and system thinking mindset
- Self motivated and project management skills
- Customer/Partner First mindset
- Vehicle integration experience, be familiar with engine test procedure
- Family with both engine hardware and software design to enable trouble shooting capability
- Ability of engineering tools, for example Creo, CAD,etc.
Desired
- Engine design or application working experience
- English and communication skills
- Good problem – solving skill, cross team coordination ability
- Strong engine engineering experience
Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in internal combustion engine, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or related disciplines
